Having spent my childhood growing up on the Napier Hill with most of my extended family living in Ahuriri and the city I feel I know this area like the back of my hand.My background is fairly varied from employment with NAC/Air New Zealand in Wellington to running an Antique/second hand shop in Tauranga. Returning to Napier I took up a position with a well known Law firm, the experience gained dealing with people in sometimes stressed situations has been valuable many times. In all of these positions I have been heavily evolved with people so the next move was an obvious one since I have always had an interest in real estate. I then went on to spend eight years with another well respected Real Estate company, in that time receiving several major sales awards. My role is to use my experience & skill to achieve the best possible price for my vendors while at the same time ensuring purchasers are comfortable with the buying process & happy with the outcome, - so often these are tomorrow’s vendors. After a break away from sales both my partner Phil and I decided the next step for us was to operate our own franchise. Ray White seemed a very good choice to us, after all this company has been operating since 1902 starting as a family business in Australia. Collapse
